1. Complete on-line application; fees are paid by credit, debit or pre-paid credit/debit cards. Only print registration receipt when registration is complete.
2. Submit entire receipt and other appropriate paperwork to the registration chairperson.
3. Passbooks will be returned to the boxer or the coach when appropriate.
4. Passbooks must be presented at every USA Boxing sponsored event.

EFFECTIVE 6/1/2016, ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE PROOF OF PHYSICAL (SEE FORMS IN THE ABOVE TAB) STAPLED IN THEIR USAB PASSBOOK OR ONE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOX IN A USAB SANCTIONED EVENT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
